GtkLayoutChild subclass for children in a GtkOverlayLayout.

Creates a new
OverlayLayoutChildby wrapping a native handle or another wrapper.

Normalizes a constructor argument into a raw pointer carrier. Accepts a raw NativeHandle, a raw NativeBuffer returned from
