A render node applying a blur effect to its single child.
BlurNode (child = null, radius = null)
Creates a render node that blurs the child.
child is the child node to blur.radius is the blur radius. Must be positive.toNativeHandle (Source)
Normalizes a constructor argument into a raw pointer carrier. Accepts a raw NativeHandle, a raw NativeBuffer returned from
fn.call(...), another generated wrapper exposinghandle(), or null. Returns null when the argument carries no pointer.

Returns the opened native library for this generated wrapper.
